I'm a reward member but unable to access my account and the staff can not help with it.. My room only had decaf coffee both mornings.
Room was clean, nice and comfortable. Attentive and helping staff. Breakfast was quite good.Overall, Had a quite and comfortable stay.
Just checked out March 1st. Very disappointed! Traveling with family and as soon as we got to our room we saw roaches. We asked to move rooms however didn't rest well due to the roach problem.
No one is ever at front desk. I’ve tried to go up there for help multiple times and it’s empty. Whole hotel is very dirty and gross. And now the worst part the pool. We booked 10 rooms here on a family trip, mainly here for the pool. It’s disgusting, freezing cold and covered in algae. Tried to go up for a 3rd time to try and talk to someone for some sort of discount and it’s empty up front again. Don’t waste your money. And the whole place smells like weed.
