Not terrible but not worth $200. Convenient location. Clean room. Key card didn't work on the door. 1:00 a.m. came back to the hotel and key card reader wouldn't pick up our room key and then had to hit call button for a while before somebody finally answered to let us in the building. That person was slightly rude and seemed frustrated letting us know that she had been "making her rounds". Hotel was loud in general with slamming doors, elevator tones, and loud talking in the hall.

The hotel lobby and rooms were well kept. It is kind of tricky to get to in the evening as there is no sign to tell you which parking lot to turn into to get back to the hotel. Almost everyone in our group had to drive around for a while. None of the powered fitness equipment worked. At this price point, they should have functional equipment. Rooms with only showers have an odd door setup that causes you to blast yourself with cold water when you turn on the shower valve. It appears to installed the shower doors backwards. B... read more

I had late check out and paid for it ridiculous $30. Yet, lady at the front desk decided to bother me an hour before my checkout. When I told her I have late check out, she just said that she will go check if I paid for it. Needless to say, no apologies were given by her during checkout. She simply didn’t care. Nasty people like her shouldn’t have customer facing jobs.

The hotel staff were very friendly. Check in and check out was super easy and the hotel rooms were super clean! Definitely will stay here again
