The assistant manager that worked the morning shift was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. He always seemed to have a smile when guests came to the desk. The lady that worked in the evenings was not as pleasant. She seemed annoyed whenever you approached so I always tried to approach with a smile and be very courteous with her. It seemed to change her demeanor with me, so I am assuming to got guests that were not pleasant with her at times.
