The single worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I booked this hotel in advance for ourselves and our dog. The day of our trip up from Tennessee my wife calls to confirm what the initial charge will be to make sure the funds are on our card (since we keep money in savings until we need in checking). She’s told $65 initially and the rest to be paid at the location. As we are leaving, we get a call to “unlock the credit card or we will cancel the room.” We advise that the funds are there and the card is not locked.... read more
Room was exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels. The room was spacious and the wall hangings were peaceful.
Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very meh. Price and availability were far and away the best for what we needed.
