My opinion. Very bad personnel , it's look like people with poor mentality and teach other to hospitality. Management of this motel should train their personnel to do their job better ! Very disappointed!
From arrival, the person at the front desk, Terry, was very unwelcoming which made us feel uncomfortable. When I asked about the security deposit for the room, she immediately went to emphasizing smoking policies which felt targeted and unnecessary. She took it upon herself to repeatedly mention and emphasize that smoking is a damage to the room which we understood but that was not the answer to our initial question. Clean room. Good beds. Excellent Service at front desk!! VERY good breakfast.
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Great experience! Would definitely stay here again.
