A lot of trash underneath beds before check in. House service is not doing a thorough job with cleaning these rooms

My husband stayed there for the night for work & was attacked by multiple bed bugs. Told front desk & he did not act concerned. Nor was offered a new room or anything. & had to sleep in his work truck.
