I really love the look and coziness of the room and lobby. The over all feeling of this place is beautiful comfy and welcoming! I only reduced my stars by one because I had such a hard time sleeping between the loud sound of the flushing of toilets in the rooms around me, (these toilets are really loud for some reason) and the heater/cooler also makes rattling sounds so it makes it hard to sleep with all of these noises. After traveling for 8 hours, we arrived just wanting to check in and get some rest. Instead, we were met by an extremely unfriendly and rude receptionist at check-in. I believe his name was Joe. He was visibly upset that I only had a digital copy of the card on file since we booked online, though he eventually agreed to work with me. However, when I asked to place the $75 incidental hold on a physical card I had, he refused and insisted it had to be the same card. One of the front sliding doors is broke open and the staff said it's been that way a long time. It was freezing in there for breakfast.
