The sound insulation in this hotel is awful. I can hear every single movement of the person in the room above me.
I book a lot of rooms for work and have dealt with a variety of people over the years across the United States. Ms Debbie that works the front desk is the kindest person I have ever spoken to. It’s people like her that truly make a hotel stand out. She went above and beyond and made sure our reservations were right. Will definitely keep booking here.
Don’t let the pictures fool you. This hotel is lacking in so many ways. The beds are NOT queen size, they are full size beds. The blankets had stains on them and the edges were yellow. The towels were frayed and a dingy yellow. The shower rod was rounded and slanted so the shower curtain kept gathering in the middle. I had to use hair clips to keep it closed.
