“We stayed at the hotel on December 24, 2025, and our experience was excellent overall—everything from the room to the service met a very high standard. Unfortunately, that experience was seriously disrupted when a man knocked on our door just FOUR minutes after checkout time. We are not sure if he was a supervisor or front desk staff, but it appeared to be a routine practice. If you're looking for something affordable this is the place to go. The room quality for cleanliness is not 100%. The service was poor. Waited 22 minutes to get checked in with no one at the front desk.
The hotel looks nice on the outside, but inside the place is ROUGH. The room was physically dirty like it was not cleaned. Sheets had what felt like crumbs, the sink counter had drip marks and fingerprints all over, the windows were disgusting, shades broken. It's been a while since I've seen a hotel this bad. I will not be back.
Restaurants is located all around hotel, beautiful rooms. Bathroom sink just leaked a little other than that it was a perfect stay. Ms. Debbie is AMAZING 🤩 She was kind and very helpful from check in until check out. Breakfast was okay and the breakfast host was nice as well.
