Phone in room doesn't work, fan in AC doesn't work... no longer have roll away bed
Bed bugs.
Our stay was for Friday-Sunday. On Saturday night we were experiencing coughing and throat difficulties. We brought it to the attention of the so called managers and instead of them trying to accommodate us they kicked us off the property at 9pm. Octoberfest was happening and there were limited hotels avail. After paying almost $700 for this hotel we had to go pay 287. 00 for another hotel at that time of the night. Very sorry customer service by the staff.
Love staying here. Good location!
