The staff was friendly. They had a jar of dog treats at the front desk, which was nice. The property and rooms were clean. The only thing they could do is clean the juice machine. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great at all. It was very slow. There was a wide variety of breakfast items: eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, Texas-shaped waffles, pastries, whole milk, 2% milk, water, yogurt, and juices (orange and apple). They also had condiments and jelly.
WE WERE REALLY UPSET BECAUSE WE CALLED TO MAKE SURE THE HOT TUB WAS IN WORKING CONDITION BEFORE WE CHECKED OUT OF OUT OTHER HOTEL. OF COURSE WHEN WE GOT THERE IT WAS BROKEN... NOT TO HAPPY WE EVEN PAID MORE TO STAY HERE!!!!

I travel quite a bit for my medical from AZ to TX. Was at the Marriott Courtyard brand (Bonvoy member) for the previous month in the DFW and Austin areas. However, had way less than a pleasant experience at the Courtyard facilities! Just plain rude staff at the front desks!! So, was stranded due to the recent ice storm in Fredericksburg, TX and opted NOT to check into the local Marriott brand!!
