In town for work and I had a great stay here and im really picky usually. The staff here is fantastic. The room was very clean. Everything in the room worked. The hotel in general was clean and I didnt notice a lot of the things people are being negative about. Definetly NO bugs. The only thing i seen was a spot on the corner of the ceiling from some previous water damage but you can tell its been fixed and it was barely noticeable. For the price this a great place to spend the night

The location and customer service were excellent. The breakfast available was subpar for hot food items. If they exist, they must only be available at 6am.

If I could give zero I would, but it won’t allow me to in order to post. We were passing through and booked because we had a really nice stay at another location. My husband and I have stayed in some questionable hotels before but this one by far tops the most disgusting place ever. First when opening the door to the room the smell was awful. The toilet moves and isn’t fully attached to the floor. The carpet tiles aren’t even touching each other and you can see the underlay and it’s sticky. I got up through the night to adju... read more

We had no hot water either of the days we stayed. First day we were told a guest left the hot water running in the room. Second day, the desk person acted like he never heard me. We will not be staying here anymore. This was our go to hotel when we were in Elkhart not any more.
