Clean rooms and we were able to check in early because we needed to get dressed for a wedding. Nice walk in shower. Great hot breakfast.
Let me start by saying we have stayed here about 5 times now, and have never experienced the following issues. It's been wonderful in the past, hence the reason we keep coming back, however this Hotel has gone down hill drastically! First day, we park in handicap, due to my husband's disability, attempt to bring all our luggage in the side door, the door closest to our room, only to discover the key card entry was broken. When traveling with children and a pet it is extremely hard to meet my needs. Friendly, cost effective, clean and welcoming. My pet was free, the rates are affordable and the service is next level. The guy who greeted us second shift was doing his job right! Friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean, the pool is warm, and so much more! The breakfast could use maybe bananas and better eggs but overall you can not beat this experience. My children felt save and the shampoo and conditioner was even great! Coffee all ... read more
