Place has BED BUGS. Manager knows, doesnt care.
Forced to pay for the 4 days booked - even tho we’d we’re there for emergency services ( snow removal ) wouldn’t book for 1 night had to pay for all 4 then asked to refund the 3 other they said requires 48 hour notice they can’t do that. Crappy rooms / crappy customer service
