The continental breakfast is always great with a good selection of hot and cold options. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The hotel was very full/busy, so there was a lot of hallway noise until after midnight both nights we stayed. The room furniture has seen better days however the rooms were clean and there was no smoke odor noticed throughout the hotel. We have stayed here twice during our winter birding trips. Rooms are clean & warm, breakfast is suitable, service was friendly. What more could you ask for?

Dear La Quinta Inn Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the La Quinta Inn in Duluth. I am extremely disappointed by the subpar conditions and service provided. Several issues made our stay uncomfortable and, frankly, unacceptable: The general manager refused to come deal with these matters and insulted us by offering $20 off.
