9/27/25 - Not a good experience. Our room was actually extremely dirty, we found a whole weed grinder in the closet, multiple stains on the bedsheets (front desk told us the guy doing laundry was drunk and messed up), floors were not even vacuumed with garbage and dog and human hair and used floss on the floor, I didn't take off my shoes the entire time. I recently stayed at this La Quinta location and was pleased when I walked in at it's appearance, but that's where the positive stopped. Employees walking in and out of rooms with "Do not disturb" signs up reeking of weed. I was also talking to another couple who has some missing electronics. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel if you value your property and piece of mind.

EDIT - 9/23 I ended up staying here again, because I let my husband book the hotel and he didn't remember that this is the place we stayed previously. I will say I did notice improvements. The room was much cleaner this time and the wifi was stronger. However, once again the shower didn't have any shampoo, I had to track down a housekeeper who told me they only had conditioner on their cart and they had to go find me some shampoo.. it seems like they genuinely have an issue stocking shampoo, I'm not sure. Nice big rooms! Bed was comfy! Breakfast was good! Only 1 waffle maker tho and people werent using it because they didn't know how. We tried it and it turned out to be a mess! Need a new 1 or 2 for sure! The pool was out of order!
