The motel is close to all the shops I regularly shop at. The rates during the winter are very affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I usually book a suite so I have room to relax and the room is clean and neat. I highly recommend La Quinta Inn and Suites.
The room itself was nice and clean. We were given option of which floor was our preference which was nice. The pool/hot tub area was not very big and the hot tub itself was sketchy looking until you started the bubbles. Complimentary breakfast was provided; there was someone with longer hair checking and refilling food that I felt should've had a hair net, the hot water wasn't plugged in so if you wanted oatmeal you needed to bring back to your room and microwave it.
Extra towel sets and more than one extra toilet paper in room for stays longer than 1 night, designating wings for travelers with dogs, and designating pool and hot tub times for adults only would have been appreciated. Barking dogs constantly woke us one morning and pool and hot tub were filled with kids so we couldn't enjoy those amenities. Breakfast was pretty sad so we didn't eat any.
