Undisclosed $5 per night parking fee when I arrived and checked in. They said it was because their lot was full of cars that didn’t belong to guests, but this is a suburban hotel and there were plenty of spaces when we stayed. Was charged $347.99 for “room air quality” yet none of us smoke. The hotel manager stats it’s not reversible. According to the paper provided, that’s look like a child drew it. Shows my air quality is still currently bad.
No cleaning before we entered the room. Food was still on the refrigerator, bathroom won’t drain,none of the plug points worked in the room. Front desk never picked the call and was rude. No instructions upon check in
