We stayed 5 nights the first night the fire alarm went off 3 times between 8pm and 11pm then the last night we were evacuated again at 11pm. All these evacuations were false alarms due to faulty equipment. How are we to know if it's a real fire or false alarm at this hotel. We will not stay there for the safety reason.
For the price… no value at all. Noisy and the service was awful.
I had an excellent stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Louisville, Colorado. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming from check-in through departure. Decent rooms. They don't clean unless you ask. Watch your bill...they added 2 nights to my bill and charged my card without permission. Had to argue with them at checkout for it to be corrected. Shouldn't be that way at all. They said they needed my card for incidentals, but charged it for 2 extra nights. Be careful!
