Positives: Looks fairly newer, in general in good repair/shape. Folks were friendly. Price was reasonable. Negatives: Very long check in, no wash cloth had to put shoes and socks on go downstairs to come up and shower, no “do not disturb” sign so housekeeping bothered us around 9am, not that was after an unscheduled 6am wake up call because they left the alarm clock on. This hotel was horrible. The room had a smell and the bed had a big dip in the bed. I went to the front desk to report the problem. The front desk attendant said management would reach out to me and no one did.

Over the past 10 years my wife and I have stayed at dozens of different LaQuinta Inns throughout the US. If this hotel was the last place on earth to stay I would still go someplace else. The staff manager has no concept of customer service. If you don’t like what they offer, their concept is, “hit the road.” They do not take complaints too well.
