Wonderful experience, great staff, and rooms was great
Recently I drove from New Jersey to visit my brother now in hospice. I made my reservation three weeks in advance requesting an early check-in, I even asked if my room was not ready when I arrived could I go to the pool? I was told yes. When I arrived around 2 pm, I was greeted by a cockroach at the front door entryway. I was told by a very rude desk clerk that my room was not ready and would I wait outside in 100+ degree weather, and sit under a tree until the housekeeping cleaned the front lobby.
