Overall our stay at La Quinta was a disappointment. We checked in and waited 8 to 10 minutes for the elevator. When we finally get to our room, there was no t.v. so we had too wait again for the elevator to go back to the desk. We was placed on another room, where the t.v. did not work, which did get resolved but the bathroom counter was filthy. It has multiple stains and covered in dust. No hot water they switched room then no working tv. Roaches in both rooms no refund or any type of accommodation for this and I already booked 2 nights. And I live outta town this is so annoying.
