I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and I truly feel bad giving a one-star rating, but my experience recent night was unfortunately very disappointing. I want to start by saying that the staff member I spoke with at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and I appreciate her making a note when I raised concerns. The employee at the front desk was great, very friendly and welcome us like old customers , the housekeeping was fantastic, room very spacious non smoking area was reserved and delivered, the price was superb and location was great, thank you very much

Let me start off by saying do not stay here horrible service and horrible pest control. We had found 3 roaches in our room when we let the front desk lady know at 10 am she said I can leave you a note on the account to move when you get back from your event. When we got back from our event the front desk guy told us we can’t move you because it would have be done before 11 and we have no more rooms. We paid for a king size bed and room and it is 40 dollars more a night so we asked to be moved to same kind of room. They proce... read more
