The amenities are misleading as it has that there is a jacuzzi on site but there isn't actually one there. Very disappointing as this was the entire reason I booked with this hotel. Children running in the halls, a dog barking all hours of the night. There was no type of compensation for no jacuzzi which was very disappointing.

The room was clean and nicely decorated; however, it was humid and had a weird smell. I didn’t have a wash cloth in my room so I asked for one at the front desk and they told me they didn’t have any. The bathrooms also didn’t have mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion. There was a small bar soap for the shower but not a second at the sink to wash hands. Absolutely terrible. The front desk is rude and unprofessional. The hotel doesn't honor Wyndham status. The floors are sticky. The bedsheets were stained. The replacement bedsheets were see through. The rooms smell. Don't believe the pictures for this hotel. The pillows are tiny and crunchy when you touch them. The tvs are small and they have white lines at the top. They tried to poorly cover up their terrible hotel. Never again.

The only thing we didn’t like was the AC. It made a loud noise all night. But then would stop for like 5 mins until it would auto shut off
