Horrible experience Nothing worked from ice machine to none of the fitness machines all said out of order. No complimentary shuttle cause I couldn't get a hold of anyone for 45 min gave up and took an uber there.got there and they were gonna charge me for 3 rooms for 3 days when I only booked 1 room for 3 days. The young lady helping me took care of that though(someone else's mistake)

Can't find nothing but good to say about this place so I'll give the only problem I had one individual was hot boxing the hallway I was in but the staff remained the gentleman still say should have been kicked out seeing how that's illegal in that state but least it stopped so thx for the stay

I lucked out staying here for a night. There was one room left only. I had a really long day and just needed a place to rest my head. I was received my sweet Selene who was so wonderful, gracious and helpful. She helped me check in and had a super welcoming and helpful demeanor. I observed her also attend to other large groups who arrived late from the airport. She patiently attended to everybody’s requests, coordinated rides for their early morning trips back to the airport and also attended to me. Thank you Selene. It was ... read more
