A/C doesn't work at all. Mold in the shower. No lights. Hair everywhere. Used condom on the counter. Blood next to shower. Never again.
The air conditioner was not working..i reported but it was not fixed and they did not changed to other room. The towels were dirty. It was not pleasant
Workers in the front desk are very rude,blankets and sheets were stained and ripped, their hotel room phone has no buttons and doesnt work, the fridge smelled moldy because their was old food in there, when we went down to get breakfast, they immediately picked everything up, and it was only 7:00, when i booked the room they told me it wpuld have a pull-up sofa and 2 queen beds, when we got into the room, no pull-up sofa and the beds were full, i choose to stay because my kids were tired and they won't give refunds.They need... read more
DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.!!! horrible horrible customer service the a/c was broken our whole trip and hallways smelt like urine. our bedsheets had holes and stains in them. they said all I could do is file a complaint.
