Room #1 = Broken Toilet Room #2 = someone else's fake nails on the floor, red hair (I have dark brown) in the sink, a shower that doesnt drain, mold in the shower, a fitness center that's shut down, and patchy internet Would NOT recommend.
Nice place for a couple of nights stay. Very clean, within walking distance to restaurants. 4 stars
Got there was given a room lady at front desk wasn’t really friendly. Went to the room only to find it dirty and smelled of smoke. Beds had dirty sheets on them bathroom toilet had stuff smeared on the toilet. Had to go down to the front desk and ask for another room they gave me one right across the hall it still smelled. They don’t have to worry about me at all…it use to be a nice hotel
I booked a week in advance via a 3rd party website. When I arrived to check-in, the front desk agent informed me that it's "their policy to cancel all 3rd party reservations", and then told me that's what she was going to do. I had my entire family with me. I told her that's not acceptable, and if that was their policy, they should have canceled it a week ago, when I made it.
