One of the Nicest hotels in Dallas Tx. I had to check a lot of hotels when I came in for 35 days and this one for the money was in a nice area close to all types of restaurants. For the money I was content, friendly service- Clean decent breakfast, always had coffee ready for me at 330am. Would come back definitely when in town. The other LaQuintas were in bad sketchy areas. Thanks LaQuinta Addison TX. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. Thank you.
I can appreciate a hotel that is renovating and upgrading, but the upgrades should be done professionally. See pictures attached. We arrived on a Saturday and were told by the desk clerk, they were running out of hot water and that the hotel was working on it. We said fine, we didn't realize that we would not have hot water for 2.5 days! No one at the hotel ever told the guests, we overheard staff talking while sitting in the lobby that there was no hot water until Monday.
