the require a $50 security deposit when you arrive but they don’t tell you until you’re checking in; told us we would get back the deposit right once we checked out but that’s a lie!!
Nice hotel, clean. Pool wasn't open but that's ok. Staff was nice and friendly. My only suggestion would be rubber bath mats in the tub. With the liquid soap, it got really slippery.
Rooms were nice and clean. I was able to check in early which was nice after an 11 hour drive. The only complaint that I have was the pool needed a good cleaning. It was kind of green. Slimy on the bottom.
This was a good location for visiting Covington. The hotel at first glance looks great, however lol once you actually look.. the hall carpets need serious cleaning. We were in a suite so there was plenty of room. However I don't believe the room has had a deep clean in a while. There was dust pretty thick on the air vents, the tub and shower curtain were clean though that's a plus. The sheets on the bed, had some staining, the couch bed actual mattress was yuck.
