They refused to give me my $50 cash depositing fee. There were no damages made may be wrong in my part but completely forgot that I paid in cash and to get my cash depositing feedback when I return my cards to them when I was checking out they were not helpful and we’re not trying to find a way to resolve it. I live hours away. They seem like money, hungry people, and this has happened to a lot of people that stay here. they cannot legally keep it if there are no damages done to the room.
I enjoyed my stay while I worked in the area. Customer service was great. Availability was even better thank you again.
We’ve enjoyed our stay here a few times, until today when I left in my truck only 15 minutes prior to picking up a load. My husband returned to said location to connect his truck back to his trailer when the manager came along to question him and was quite rude with his questioning of him parking on road adjacent to hotel until my husband revealed we had been hotel guests the manager then attempted to explain things away.
