Check in was really easy and the day guy was really helpful. The property maintenance was lacking. Dirty ac', models coming loose from walls, poor water pressure in shower head, old bed skirts and torn, poor or inadequate toiletries, limited and or minimal amount of towels and or wash cloths, very noisy from children running up and down the hallways and in rooms above us at all hours of night, and finally the breakfast. They over charge my card and don't refund your money the manger b she try talk down you then. I call the gm them same person and report them tel the BBB I did because they think run all over us
