We stayed here after the Alabama/Tennessee game. The room was very nice/clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. It had lots of different options than a regular continental breakfast. I dealt with two employees. When I checked in, an employee named Star was extremely helpful and professional even though there was an extremely rude and belligerent person in the lobby. I would definitely stay at this place in the future.

Great room! Excellent customer service! Nice location! Pet friendly, we loved it!
Avoid this place. Our room had mold. The AC unit was loud and did not blow cold air. The linens were not clean and the towels had stains. The bathroom door would not close all the way. There was some sort of biker gang in front of the hotel playing loud music and revving their engines. The manager did absolutely nothing to abate the situation.
