Room dirty, back of bathroom door has a huge smear of something. The staff was rude. My biggest issue I CANNOT GET AHOLD OF THEM!!!!!!!! They have charged my card twice now!!!!

⭐⭐☆☆☆ Unfortunately, this stay was pretty mid for me, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again. When I first checked into my room, it felt extremely muggy and had a strong moldy smell. At first, I thought maybe the air conditioner just hadn’t been running, so I pulled the curtain back to adjust it. Instead, I found visible mold on the wall near the window, which was really concerning.
