I stayed here multiple weeks, for work. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in this area, this was BY FAR my favorite one!!!! All of the staff was amazing! Front desk staff is so kind and helpful. Housekeeping will come daily without request for it, and they do a really fabulous job! The location is perfect. 5 minute (or less) drive to shopping and dining areas. Excellent service from front desk employee Yamalis!
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially since we were traveling as a group of 12 families with young children. The biggest issue was that the air conditioner in our room suddenly stopped working. Instead of resolving the problem, the staff informed us that no maintenance personnel were available and asked us to vacate the room because they had no other rooms to offer.
