The sink had a cracked, the shower had a linking problem, and someone had put their first initial on the wall. The furniture needs cleaned and shower needs cleaned better.
For the price they charge not so good room was not clean and bathroom door was falling off the hinges pool looked a little green
Honestly one of the best hotel experiences ever for my family of 6 plus furbabies The GM Jenny is wonderful and very polite. Jodi was delightful and helpful. For being a dog friendly hotel, it was clean. The only thing is we have never had comfortable beds for my husband and I. But we bring mattress toppers everywhere we go. Best service in Chattanooga. We visit often and have stayed quite a few places. Thank you Jenny and Jodi for making our stay memorable.
Enjoyed my stay here. The room was a reasonable size for my family, with two queen beds in one part of the room and a pull-out sofa in the other part, with a door separating them. Got a good night's sleep on the sofa. Very comfortable and the temperature was perfect. Employees were great and gave us extra pillows. The free breakfast had plenty of options that I liked, such as eggs, sausage, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. It tasted delicious!
What a beautiful hotel, the staff was very nice , it’s kid and pet friendly! 10 stars if I could
