It was lovely. Pool is nice. Rooms are beautiful . The staff was super nice. Mrs Jodi was the best

The hotel has a musty/mildew smell. The pool area reeks of pee. The room we stayed in smelled mildewy and the fold out couch was stained and the mattress was dirty so we didn't use it. The floor didn't feel clean and the a/c unit in the room needed it's filters changed. Woke up to the sound of the people above us showering and a mysterious dripping noise. Meh. You get what you pay for. The room looked clean and was spacious but when I got comfortable I saw 2 roaches run across my floor. I found dog hair or possible silver hair(?) on the headboard & there is mold in the showers. It’s a room at the end of the day. If you’re alright with these things then it’s a decent stay to get to your rest, shower and a hot meal. But if you do mind these things, I’d look elsewhere. I would have asked for my $ back but it was non refundable due too doing it through booking.com

La Quinta is trying to punch above its weight. The external fascia looks dated but the lobby is bright and modern. They have a small pool (3-5 ft) and small gym. Breakfast is included and standard (waffle bar, fruit, donuts--Krispy Kreme-esq, breakfast sausage and pan "sweaty" eggs) The room we stayed in was a king suit. This has door to the king bed, making it separate from the TV room with pullout. The challenge with that is the bedroom is where the AC unit is and the passthrough can was out of order.
