Keon at the front desk was exceptional. For some reason my reservation didn't go through but he was able to immediately take care of me and upgraded me to a deluxe room. Because of this service we will definitely be back to this location
New hotel, everything in excellent shape. Friendly staff too! My only gripe is that there's an 18/night charge for parking. To be real the whole city's parking is Monopolized by one company. You cant go anywhere without paying parking. If it wasn't for having to pay to park everywhere I might consider returning.
