It's been 2 months. I have asked to speak to the manager for 2 months now and she keeps avoiding me. I call and front desk every single time will say she is busy or she will call back. She must be out curing cancer and be the busiest person in American if she can't spare 5 minutes to return a call from a customer. I have never had an experience like this at a La Quinta. They cancelled our reservation the morning of. On top of this, during check in time, La Quinta sent us a CONFIRMATION email. I don't understand how guests have to leave a 24 hour cancellation notice but the hotel can cancel our reservation the morning of? They said they tried to contact us by phone but there was no phone number on file (which was incorrect). We used points to book this room.
