Unfortunately we didn’t experience any of the nice things other reviews mentioned. Staff was annoyed and treated us as a bother to their evening at check in. Our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order: no heads up or offer to be moved down. Once checked in, our key didn’t work to which the response was simply “oh. Try this one”. The Hotel is Nice for a short stay. It's only one level, and they have an indoor swimming pool, Huge Free Parking, the room was nice & Clean, and the staff are friendly. There are many restaurants nearby and a Gas station. I stayed a lovely 4 nights.

Perfect location for our family emergency and needs and helpful assistance regarding our additional stay due to winter storm, blizzard, mega-noreaster storm, Hernando! Will always consider staying if needed especially with a indoor pool and fitness center...coming from Florida that meant alot!!
