Thank you to the amazing staff for special care that was given to us. We had issues with our car and I had requested a late check out. They accommodated us. I also needed assistance with the breakfast room and the girl was sooo sweet, I needed a sink to help wash my blender cup and she helped get it washed and took that extra step. Give her an extra kudos as their oven was down and she had to run back and forth from their sister hotel to bring food over. Nice and clean room, friendly staffs
We travel a lot with our children and this hotel gave us one of the best stays I can remember. Their customer service is through the roof; the breakfast is amazing and different every day--cooked and served by the sweetest lady who remembered my kid's names and their favorite foods after one breakfast; the rooms are comfy and everything is clean; pool and hot tub were phenomenal and we spent a lot of evenings there. Just want to start off by saying we are coming back next year. I’m a pastor and my family came here for vacation. We like the fact we can bring our dog for free. Most hotels charge. There is no perfect hotel just like there is no perfect church. Great service and breakfast. The only negative thing I have to say is sometimes the water is not the hottest in the shower and when it rained the floor got wet but other than that no complaints.
