Broken elevators. Four floors with luggage after driving 7 hours wasnt happening...I never checked in. Hopefully the rooms are nice. The staff was friendly. I was refunded. Sounds like the elevator is an ongoing issue.
Hotel was clean but the water pressure wasn’t great and the elevator was out of order
Rooms are not clean, they have bugs and hair all over both beds, dirty in general apart from the lobby, urine stains on the walls of the room we almost stayed in. elevator was out. Would give less than one star if the staff wasn't so friendly and helpful in refunding us for the night.
I believe they don't change sheets/towels most of the time because there were stains, very unacceptable. As the night progressed I was woken up and found bed bugs, meaning hygiene is poor. Please do better with cleanliness.
Terrible establishment and should be demolished or closed and renovated form top to bottom. The cleanliness was deplorable. The entire hotel smell like urine, cigarette and marijuana smoke. I am a disabled veteran and the elevator was broken, only stairs. The room was dated smelled moldy and was not inviting, there was only a 32 inch tv in the room more like a computer monitor.
