By Far the Worst Hotel Experience Only Good Thing Was the Location I’ve never written a review like this, but this stay was beyond unacceptable. I didn’t like a single thing about this hotel — except the location. I was traveling with kids, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We walked into a room with blood on the bathroom floor and dog feces on the room floor. Absolutely disgusting 🤮. For a place that charges around $150 a night, this is completely unacceptable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room, was amazing, even the pull out Sofa. The breakfast was just enough. This will be our go to place every time we come through Augusta, Georgia. Everyone was wonderful from the breakfast attended to the lovely lady behind the counter on evening shift, The head housekeeper and most importantly, the gentleman who checked us in. We truly appreciated the IV hydration packages. The weather was unbearable it helped greatly. Thanks Again

My family and I just PCSed from NY to GA and we were supposed to stay for 9 nights while waiting on our new home to be ready. After 1 night at this place I decided to check out early and change hotels. The first thing I noticed was people openly smoking weed in and outside the building. Nice and clean rooms. The only thing was the pillows. It was hard to get comfortable. But overall it was a good stay. Very quiet. Nice front desk person
