This experience was HORRIBLE. Firstly, as a wyndham Gold reward member i get the option of picking preferred room (I wanted to be on the top floor). A member of staff told me, they are only renting out the 1st floor due to construction. I get into this sorry excuse for shelter, my key demagnitized, there’s holes in the bathroom door as if it were stabbed, a hole cut out of the bathroom ceiling, splatters of God knows what on the wall/front entrance, and on the morning of checkout, i wake up to a spider by my window. Disgusting to give a minus star even. Waste of money. Very disappointing. Moldy smelly place with not washed bedsheets.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and held onto my $50 deposit for dear life and would not give it to me I knew she wasn’t when she started taking her time saying well let me check the room the room was so clean I did not even mess up the room. She never wanted to give me the deposit back from the beginning
