If I can give this place 1 star I would. They don’t like children here.. My experience entirety… I made a reservation 1 week in advance for my arrival. When I walked into the lobby with my young child I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I waited in line while a VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE representative by the name of MAX who was behind the counter speak with someone who doesn’t have a room in the facility. Very upset. First room we had the shower tub was clogged. Second room in the middle of the night the bathroom ceiling started to leak water everywhere forced us to basically cancel the rest of the days we had planned here. Not looking forward to ever coming back to this hotel.
