When I checked in my room, someone had just left out the room. The beds were unmade, sheets were dirty, tissue was in the toilet with piss in it, trash was full. Once they changed my room the sheets were stained & had hair on them. The lady at the front desk told me to go check 3 other rooms and each bed sheets in all 3 rooms were stained, dirty with human & pet hair, bath towels had hair on them as well. Dirty room with visible mold in the bathroom. Sink sputtered out water that stunk like mildew. Human hair visible all over the comforter. It's literally 3rd world hotel in a nice neighborhood.
I checked in late last night bout 11 p.m and got greeted by Mr. AL who was such a nice person. The rooms are so nice and neat. I will definitely be staying here again.
Room was not cleaned. Hair in the bathroom shower and mold on the ceiling. Stairwell smelled like dead fish.
