I have stayed at many properties in Atlanta as I travel quite often for both business and pleasure and this was by far the worst experience that I’ve had during my travels. I lodged a complaint and it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard from anyone nor have o been compensated for the inconvenience. I stayed for 6 days/5 nights and my room was never cleaned. Bed isn't comfortable (saggy) Breakfast was cold , they need to keep eggs in a chafing pan & bacon needs cooked more. Yogurt catainer very soggy,needs kept in a fridge not in a bowl of ice.
Bugs were in my room and we were moved to a room that smelled like mildew
It was overall a great stay.
Unfortunately, due to a third party charge I was charged for ten days instead of the 1 I stayed so around a thousand more. I won't be doing that again. They refuse to release it so I can get my refund so not happy.
