The person at the front desk had a nasty spirit. It’s one thing to not be able to help and that honestly wasn’t my issue. If you can’t help so be it, but to be condescending and act as though your policy is the same elsewhere is crazy. And when I let you know how your tone and comments are off putting, you can’t even acknowledge it or apologize, you just walk away? How truly unfortunate it is to have someone like that as the first point of contact. Do better.
Talk about the most arrogant unfriendly unsmiling talk down to you front desk guy...working at around 2300 on June 9th. I'm no I'm tired, but this guy wasn't having a bad day. Just your typical go out of way talk down to you personality.
Rooms are allowed ok. The hotel has the thinnest toilet paper I have ever seen. There was is a fitness room, but there only 3 dumbbells (not sets), and a strength machine is out of order at the time of visiting. The hitel is easy to reach from the interstate, yet I couldn't hear any noise from traffic.
