Horrible they let you book room then when you get there ask for a deposit credit card only if you don’t have it they refuse you , 3 people was waiting to get there room this should be mentioned.
THIS PLACE IS A DUMP, DO NOT STAY HERE. The check-in process was so inefficient there was a line of half a dozen people, and after a 10.5 hour day on the road I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes before I could go to my room. This place is *filthy* there are stained carpets and walls everywhere, both in the hallways and rooms. The fake hardwood part of my floor in my room was sticky and there was a faint smell of vomit. God where to start. Me and my mother stayed at this hotel on Tuesday the 25th of August, we picked it because they allow pets and we were moving to Florida with my cat. We got there closer to 9 PM due to traffic, and the front desk agent was very pushy and kinda rude, but whatever, we were tired and were ready to lay down. The pool was overgrown and green. There were clumps of long hair on the shower wall and the trash cans were not emptied when we got there. The channels on the TV didn't match the on TV guide for some reason. The room stayed untouched for two days, as a result we checked into another establishment on the third day. Overpriced for what it is. Book elsewhere.
Booked while on a roadtrip and because my card was locked while in route they tried to run my card and when it declined due to it being locked they cancelled my room. Was able to book at another location there the same way no issues. It’s obvious customer service and not even trying to call me to ask they just cancelled so trash don’t waste your time
