A real disappointment the very dirty room. Most of the broken or unusable things there was no water every now and then to bathe I arrived late my doctor's appointment because there was no water in the hotel . The pool was very, very disgusting and black water came out of the jacuzzi, black water was very bad for health. and later only cold water there was the room very bad smelling that I would not even want to enter the zero breakfast very common and they went to open the door of the room twice with a card love it was ours ... read more
It sucks bad the pools are disgusting water is cold room smells weird a pipe broke so we didn't have water for an hour and 30 somebody opened our room door had a good time at Dave and busters tho
The hotel is absolutely disgusting! The room was dirty, barely any towels, the tub was not draining and the toilet was not flushing. The paint was peeling on the shower and the thought of the shower being painted over is also gross. The hallway on the fourth floor was an absolute sauna, it was at least 80° in the hallways. The carpets are disgusting. Had to go to the front desk multiple times for towels and toilet paper as it was never replenished when housekeeping came. All they did was make the beds. Buena ubicación pero huele feo
Place is old which is fine the issue is the cleanliness of the rooms is not up to normal standards. The room was extremely dusty and had dead bugs even in it. The furniture seems to be falling apart and the bed had a huge stain which was gross. Bathroom shower was leaking and the pull out couch was gross as well. I felt bad we checked in so late after a long day of Disney and had no choice but to endure this place. There are so many hotels around pick any other one. THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING. 🤮
