I Came here to stay for three nights, the room had stains all over the carpet and the room was only cleaned once. They also ether threw away or pocketed my Disney ticket as well as 100 dollars I had on the desk and refuse to take accountability or pay me back for their staff stealing from me. Absolutely awful and disgusting, I would give zero stars if I could.
Outside looks rough, but inside is cleaning well maintained.
They have bed bugs!!!!! When we brought it to the attention of the staff, they gave plastic for a bed. Kids have bed bug bites which were confirmed by a doctor! The GM stated they were not bed bug bites and claimed to have looked at the room... When again, we have it confirmed by a doctor he tried to claim they did not look like bed bug bites... Ok, this place is at Disney, a 5 star location, the is no value deals here. I would really like a clean, maintained room. Old dust, knows what, it really wasn’t clean, yuck, big disappointment for the price. The faucets were old, barely worked, the toilette seat was loose, the ?14 in commodes are so low, even for my spouse at 5’3”. For the price, toilette paper should not even be a problem, can it get any cheaper, thinner, just bad, Let me go on, No vending and the desk charges what $4-5 for a Coke.
