Service was okay. Rooms were nice. Not so good location. There were no big towels in the room. We had to pay a security deposit of $100 they said we would get it back when we check out. Haven’t received it still waiting

Food was great. The staff was polite and helpful. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not hot. I was there 2 days. They said the thermostat was broke. The rooms were clean. The beds were a little hard to my liking. Location was right off the interstate which was nice. Overall it was great.

The halls and elevator smelled strongly of pet urine, and staff admitted pets are put on the ground floor where they’ve urinated in the carpets. The smell carried throughout the building. There was also a strong marijuana odor, especially on the second floor near my assigned room. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working in the lobby and hallways, so the hotel had box fans blowing warm, musty, odor-filled air. My room itself was just as bad. Staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and coffee was hot. The only negative was that the parking lot was littered with trash. We were there 3 days and that didn’t improve but the inside was very clean. It’s our “go-to” hotel when traveling through Alexandria, LA.
