The NEW manager is very helpful and professional (bless his heart) he be here and there learning his new location. He’s cool & will make sure that your stay is comfortable Jigar is his name and new SHORT guy Sai is nice and sweet as well. Guy that works overnight is also great. Love both of the lady housekeepers. Oh, and this may not be a 5 STAR hotel but they don’t have bedbugs and the location is convenient.
The worst place to stay... I knew better when i walked in and a funky smell hit my nose... They were rude and disrespectful... I got a room in June for my sons birthday so we could go swimming. My kids walk into the place to go up to the room while I parked the car only to be followed and approached by manager calling them outsider and telling them to leave before he call the cops... First of all he should have never approached my kids and waited until an adult came to even speak to them and discuss the matter..I could not a... read more
Dirty/stained sheets, pillows, and walls, spots of carpet missing, shade on the window won't go down, alarm clock is damaged.
