Kimberly is so amazing y'all go see her best deals sweet lady she treats you like family.
It was a basic room. Bed was mostly comfortable.
We have stayed at many hotels before but this has to be by far the worse experience ever. I woke up to bed bugs at 2am flipping the blankets over and seeing them crawl around on me, my husband, and kids. Now I have to be at work all swollen up . All I got was "we shall see the the manager will approve a discount or refund". Some bed bugs got squished and blood just poured out ..that is disgusting. I appreciate the service the front desk woman was very nice but I highly do not recommend this hotel.
Bad experience as soon as we walked in the room it had roaches that we decided to leave returned the keys and told us we would get refund but we didn't and still had to pay another hotel.
