The only thing I am pissed about is I paid for 4 days and I ended up not using Saturday and Sunday and I was told by Miss Kim I was going to get a refund for 138.00 back on my card and it's not on there or any thing that looks like a refund. But that's ok cuz I will not be staying there anymore I will find me different motel in Tyler TX.

EDITED REVIEW latest stay This was our 4th and last time to stay here. Never again. We tried to leave our room to go to Dr's appointment. The door would NOT open from the inside. We jerked, we pulled, we pushed and pulled...the door would not open. What if there had been a fire!! There was no dial tone on the room phone (found out from another guest that none of the room phones have worked in the week he had been staying here) so I tried calling the desk from my cell phone. Got bed bugs, very unprofessional staff arguing with guests screaming because door locked the guest inside, no meat at breakfast, phones don’t work, key cards easily reset, flea bitten hotel

This us our 3rd time to stay here. The beds are comfortable and it is convenient to our doctors. Our only complaint about this stay was the bathroom door was difficult to open and close. Maybe a little WD40 would help that. We like to soak in the bath tub after our long drive to the hotel. The tub was a huge disappointment! It was filthy with mold and dirt. The mold is around and under the mat in the bottom of the tub. It really needs to be cleaned! Can you imagine bathing a child in that? Yuk!
