The room was not clean. There were yellow stains on the bed, black marks on the pillows, urine on the toilet seat and back of the toilet, they’re were coffee marks on the sink counter, the entire room smelled so bad, and there was a random door in the back of the room where I heard a random man on the phone behind the door. As a woman, I did not feel safe and certainly not clean enough to stay there. I actually bought a night at another hotel instead because this one was so bad.
this is the best hotel for the price in Tyler You can't beat it Kimberly at the front desk Will take care of all your needs all the front desk clerks are more than accommodating I highly recommend this hotel
Great place. We had no complaints at all. There were some spots in the bathtub but otherwise the rooms were clean. The air conditioner worked great.
Very nice. Front desk associate was very helpful.
