Here for a trade show booked through Hotels.com four months ago. Got really good rate staying for 5 nights. Check in was quick and room looks nice. Pool looks nice but didn't pack my trunks.
Let's just start with, don't let the outside of the hotel scare you away! Check in was super easy, very super friendly hotel. Upon entering the room, we notice how nice the hallway smelled very inviting. The room itself was very updated comfy.Beds, nice big t v lamps had plenty of plugins for your phone charger. Bathroom was nice, except a random pubic hair that hung out with us for the weekend.The maids missed it. I asked the Clerk if I would be safe, and be able to get some rest, he assured me that I would be. First the Fire alarm went off and I called the desk and they said someone pulled the alarm. I would not take my Service animal out in the cold so I stayed in. I bought a Fatboy Ice cream sandwich from the snack area, and it made me so sick I was throwing up, and other things that I won't mention. He said he would check the dates on them? Good stay, solid 4/5 stars. Clean room, friendly staff, and decent breakfast buffet. Location was convenient - perfect for a family trip. - Small breakfast but good - heated pool and hot tub - close to many eating options
