Marissa, the front desk attendant, was very professional and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband, who was arriving earlier than me, was taken care of.

I have been to many countries and many hotels. And this was one of the dirtiest and shabbiest rooms I have ever seen. The pillowcase had a dirty stain. All the walls and the floor had dirty stains. Hair in the shower and dirt on the hair dryer. The drain in the shower was clogged so I had to shower knee-deep in water. Very unpleasant smell in the room. But a good American breakfast.

I called to make a same night reservation. Instead of someone at the hotel answering, it was a call center type place. I asked for a room with 2 queens and the man kept saying “doubles.” I reiterated queen and he said same thing. I asked for a crib. He said when I check in, to ask for it. I said the location I stayed at the night before had it in our room when we arrived, he said he would put a note in. Get to hotel and they have zero cribs.
