Very nice, comfortable room. DeRon was at the front desk on arrival. He was very polite and helpful!
Comfortable and quiet
A very bad and disappointing experience. After a long flight and a late arrival, I was only looking for rest and sleep, but the place was extremely noisy and showed no concern whatsoever for guest comfort. The noise was constant, like being in the street, and it was impossible to sleep at all. I felt completely cheated because reality didn't match my expectations.
