I stayed at this hotel yesterday they have roaches however I did let the manager know she act like she was surprised then going to say oh I can call a exterminator tomorrow.I got my money back and left NOPE

I stayed a week here. This is a lovely location and the staff was sweet and helpful. Their breakfast was simple. During my stay they got a pancake machine and they were delicious. Some of the extended stay guests were characters but they weren’t bother. My only gripe was that sometimes the lobby would smell like cigarettes really bad. The clerk overnight drove home her no smoking policy (“my sign and my parking lot”) when it reeked of cigarette in the lobby and elevator. The windows in our first room didn’t open. I phoned before i booked, asked about my dogs. Was told they would be welcomed. Was going to extend my stay and was told they were to big by manager. Last minute if that! My dogs don't bark, i picked up after them and they did no damage to the room! Not dog friendly at all but will take the extra fee and at the end of the 3 day max they charge will kick you out.
