My first room, 329, was infested with bedbugs. I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites, with swollen skin and irritation. I went to reception immediately, but the staff acted cold and showed no care. Instead of addressing the issue with urgency, they moved me to room 107. No apology, no concern, no proper action. This is a public health and safety issue. Management needs to take responsibility immediately. I will not stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
Nice clean friendly hotel, a little outdated fixtures and electrical typical for MI. Had a comfortable stay with continental breakfast, needed eggs and bacon maybe. And definitely need better TP paper. Lol.
Good stafg n clean place
I booked a room for 1 night through a 3rd party. When we checked in theu were very friendly. The told us that they were in the process of doing quite a bit of renovations & apologized for the way things looked. They do NOT have a pool. When we went into our room I was so completely shocked at how tiny the room & bathroom area was. It was NOT ADA for a wheelchair.
