The water gets HOT, the heater works great, breakfast had some healthy options, rooms were clean enough compared to others I stayed at. The traffic outside is loud but hey, that's Colorado.
If we could give zero stars we would. The bed has been made but the sheets were dirty. There was glitter, hair and a bug. Various liquid stains on the comforter, chair and wall. We left after checking a second room, deciding it wasn't clean enough for our son and dog to sleep in. Management only refunded one night stay with a two night reservation. I’d give this place less than 0 stars if I could. First, I arrived 3 mins before check in and went to the counter. Rather than being greeted and asked to wait until check in, the girl working looked at me and put her finger up for me to wait, mumbled something, and then continued texting. After check in, she gave us the wrong directions to our unit - sent us to the opposite side of the building. Second, the room was disgusting. Stains and holes all over the walls. Junkie hotel, AVOID! Bathtub was disgusting, junkies sleeping outside rooms and knocking on door throughout night despite police patrolling. Room service knocking early and no do not disturb signs to stop them. Staff at front desk don’t care
Room was filthy toilet would not flush tub was dirty and leaking left imideatly will never book there again
