They have a 15minute period for refunds, which is not ideal if you are in crutches with a fractured ankle. When I got to my room there was mold all over ceiling, dirty floors. I could not take a bath, which is the reason I got a hotel. They don’t have a clog for the bath. And their sink was not draining. By the time I got back to the front desk, it was 30min after I checked in. I was told at booking that there was a continental breakfast available as in other La Quinta hotels (Ft. Lauderdale) There is not. The lobby appears shabby and in need of renovation and tidying up. There were long black hairs on the pillowcase which made me questioned if they had in fact been laundered. That grossed me out. So I didn't use and instead slept on my clothes propped up as a pillow. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. It smelled like mold. The mattresses were stained. Noisy area. In our room the smoke detector was ripped out of the wall and our bathroom door was half ripped out (maybe by a dog). AC was loud and barely worked. None of the listed amenities and the charged me 200.00 for my documented support animals.
