Let's see best part is the pool we didn't use. Broke down called reservations who contacted the hotel for late check out checked in at 1 am they said noon check out was fine Aaron at the front desk noon was the latest he could give me I asked for one pm because I am broke down with a brand new baby went to verify it in the morning at 10am because housekeeping tried to come in Oliver who by the way is rude as hell and I don't recommend just because he is rude and don't give two craps said they don't do late check out and basi... read more

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed for every single reason!!!!.....from the EXTREMELY POOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE VERY NASTY, SMELLY AND FILTHY ROOM!!! I dealt with 2 separate Indian male front desk attendants who were equally rude and unkind and had to check out just a couple hours after checking in due to the fact that I LITERALLY COULD NOT SWOLLOW MY SPIT IN THE FILTHY, SMELLY ROOM I WAS GIVEN...AND I DIDN'T EVEN MENTION THE POOL OF WATER THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR FROM THE MINI REFRIGERATOR THAT WAS CLEARLY RUNNI... read more

Location is quite great. But the hotel and service was atrocious. The bathroom of the room we stayed in was disgusting. It looked like the tub had not been cleaned in weeks - it was almost black. Our bathroom also had only one towel. We asked for an additional towel three times. We called the front desk from the hotel room and the line was just continuously ringing for about little over 20 minutes.
