It’s really noisy here since we’re right next to the highway, and the windows don’t have any sound insulation.
What a horrible experience we had to move rooms 3 times. No hot water. Cockroaches. And no hot water again. At this point I was fed up. And they were horrible at the front , liars. The health inspector should really come here and shut them down. I have video and photos and proof.
DO NOT BOOK Disgusting appearance inside and out. I honestly wish I didnt have to give this location even one star. As soon as I walked in my room, I could tell that it hadn't been adequately cleaned. The floor from the front door was sticky. The sheets had stains from an unknown source. Bathroom needs major maintenance as it looks like there are black spots in and around the tub. The walls have stains or drippings (??) Found in multiple spots. Staff is nice and offers great suggestions. Rooms are clean. Shower water is not warm enough for me but i like nice steamy showers.
Horrible service due to the hidden fees. The charge a service fee of 17.99 that i did not authorized and was not informed about. The room was decent. Bathroom had hair from previous people. Horrible breakfast. Only waffle that you got to wait 30 minutes for. Can hear the free way through out the night.
