Very Friendly staff. Clean hotel I stayed in a remodeled room which was nice. For highway hotel I see most people give three stars Its deserved better than that I gave it 4. I wish it had a better selection of restaurants within walking distance. But that's not the hotel's fault.

I accidentally booked for the wrong date. Disorganized. Staff has retail-level expertise. The reception staff were helpful enough in booking a new room for that night, but the owner or manager has still not replied to Expedia about refunding for the incorrect night. I've called and left messages for the manager but with no result. The room was fine except for the lavatory water which took about 15 minutes to warm. If you exercise proper hand washing technique, just give it time-- mine heated eventually.

The roaches were not hard to find. Aside from that the staff was very polite and accommodating. My biggest negative takeaway on the room was the remote control. It was a very cheaply built bubble under film style remote, easy to sanitize but extremely annoying to use. It is likely someone with carpal tunnel or arthritis would have a very difficult time using it. The elevator (only took the back elevator) was very loud and clunky. 1st of I commend management for her kindness & professionalism. This location is newly renovated. Nice comfortable king bed. New shower. Just very please with my stay. Will definitely stay @ this location again!
