If I could give negative stars I would. The pictures of the outside and lobby do not compare to the experience inside. First, no one was at the front desk to check in for quite some time. Second, we arrived at our floor. It smelled old and musty along with a hint of skunk. I don't care if you smoke it but I don't need to smell it in my room. Very nice, great staff, convenient location. Rooms a little worn and could use some fixing in spots, especially the bathroom.

I had a great experience at this hotel! I stayed here last minute for my husband’s basic training graduation. The location was great and close to the Fort Jackson base. The rooms were clean. And the lady at the front desk was kind and helpful.

My stay was good. Room was comfortable, slept well and the service by all staff was excellent. Everyone was really nice and professional. I would stay here again.
