This hotel is amazing, the rooms, the location and ESPECIALLY the staff. I see people leave lots of negative reviews but if you aren't being shady and respect staff and hotel they are really great. Don't look at this negativity in here. If it's negative it's because of they probably were doing something they weren't supposed to. I have stayed here for a while and have had 0 problems. 100/10
The guy at the front desk was super nice, the room was super clean and comfy. Location is perfect with a variety of places to eat and right off the highway. Will definitely stay here again
It needs a HUGE renovation! The front desk is not knowledgeable and could not even add my priority points. Requested a first floor but they gave us second floor with a broken elevator. Price was right but needs a lot of work including hot water and water pressure.
The staff was remarkable. I was unaware of security deposits and instead of turning us away they worked with us to be able to have a safe place for the night. The rooms are not the highest quality but the layout, decor and amount of linens made it balance out for me. Comfortable beds and no odor from ac/heater unit in room plus phenomenal water pressure.
