The woman at the front desk was horrible!! If it wasn’t for her I would give this hotel a five star rating! Her customer service was horrible she claimed to be the manager and she wasn’t and then made us leave after we paid faithfully and never had a problem!!

Desk attendant could hardly speak English. None of the elevators are working. We were not told this. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The ac in room was very noisy. A dog parked until after midnight. People outside of rooms talking very loud. Sheets on bed had black spots on them.

Awful check in experience; waited 20 min for anyone to come to the front. Checked us in and handed us room cards...that was the extent of the interaction. Didn't tell us what room we were in, what floor, when breakfast was served...nothing. And then there is the room: smelled awful and walls paper thin, could hear EVERY conversation in every room. Traffic noise is absurd, and then there is the bathroom. I'll let the pic tell the rest

Horrible experience. There was mold in the bathroom, including mold growing on the shower head. The towels were stored on a dirty counter covered in crumbs, stains, and hair. The bed had what appeared to be urine stains and stains all over the sheets. I asked for new sheets and was told they would bring them to me, but they never did. I had to ask again before finally receiving them. My father’s bed also had stains all over it. The TV remote didn’t work with the TV at all.
