The gentleman at the front desk was quite lackadaisical. We had to ask for a portable crib three times and when he went to get it he seemed bothered by our request. He was also constantly on his phone. When we requested a late check out for 2pm he said that would be fine but it would be $30.00 which was no problem for us, however we needed the extra time for a nap for our child and unfortunately that was not communicated to daytime staff and housekeeping and front desk knocked on our door disturbing the sole purpose for our ... read more
