Clean lobby good scent easy check in same day booked good size fridge in king suit room on the main strip in a up scaled residence area. Would definitely stay again when in buffalo
The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely amazing, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. He did not overlook a thing. The cleanliness of the entire building was really spot on, and the cost wasn’t bad considering there was a Buffalo Sabres game in town. They could’ve gouged us, but they didn’t. Great experience. Thank you so much.
Room 233: smells like cigarettes, ac isn't fully functional, shower fan doesn't work, knob fell off of shower door
I do a great deal of traveling with the transportation company. Needless to say I stay in many hotels around the country. This hotel gets 4.5 Stars . Housekeeping is phenomenal. Everything is pristine .Rooms smell great. Great customer service. No bacon and egg breakfast that they promised upon check in but they did have breakfast sandwiches and great coffee. Me and my wife will definitely be back. Im a die hard Steelers fan but it’s ok I still got a pic of the Buffalo Bills Logo in the lobby. lol
We had an amazing one night stay. Location is very close to great shopping and dining. My elderly mother had trouble getting into the bed as they are high, and the manager moved her to an accessible room with a lower bed to accommodate her. The coffee and breakfast included is fantastic Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!
