Front desk was welcoming but within 2 minutes of getting into the room, roaches could be seen crawling across the wall. Upon checking the electronics and crevices of the room a large amount of bug waste could be found indicating it wasn't just a one of random bug but an infestation problem! My room was located on the 3rd floor. Room was refunded the following day!
The whole place needs a remodel especially the elevator I felt like I was going to be trapped in the elevator. Our TV and room phone didnt work. But I do appreciate the girl who worked that night to try and fix the TV the best she could. I've never been to a hotel where the TV couldn't be fixed or that the phone in the room wasn't working. I would like to go back to that hotel if they remodeled the whole hotel and to make sure that every electronic is work great but for now im not coming back for the experience that I had fo... read more
The night we checked in the front desk person was friendly and approachable. Getting to our room, the hotel smelled musty and weird. Our door lock worked the first night, but not again after, we could open the door without the key. Luckily nothing was ever missing. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. The free breakfast was less than underwhelming, but free so I can't complain too much. Our second night walking into the lobby, it REEKED of weed.
