Breakfast was ok. Gravy kinda weird tasting. Rooms fine.
Elta at the front desk provided excellent customer service! She had our keys ready as soon as we checked in and was very sweet!
Staff was friendly but half of the wall outlets didn't work. Made our booking through booking.com l, when we checked in we were charged an extra 100 for deposit and 25 for the pet. This was not disclosed so made a huge impact on our stay. Beds and sheets were nice but the walls were stained, looked like they needed repair, and what looked like essential equipment was missing. Unfortunately this review won't let me add pictures.
We had a great stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. And Ronnie especially went out of his way to help us with some needs. We would absolutely stay here again.
