Awful customer service. Stopped by to simply change my son in the bathroom & instead of being human beings they called security on me (with no success, still changed him). Security came with gun in hand ready to “neutralize threat”. Happened July 3, 2026 cameras can be rolled for proof. Wouldn’t recommend staying here with that kind of customer service.

The breakfast bar wasnt very good. Not a lot to choose from. Besides cereal and wafflea.

I can sum up my experience in three words: rusty, dusty, and musty. The lobby looked fine when we arrived, but the elevator and fourth‑floor hallway had a noticeable musty odor. Once inside the room, it was clear that it needed both a refresh and a deep cleaning. There was visible rust on the bathroom door frame, the shower area, the curtain rod, and even the front of the mini‑fridge. Very nice overall…attentive friendly staff, great shower, comfy bed…was a little musty and towels had a few stains but pretty good overall!
