Always a special place to visit... fresh herbs, tasty combos of ingredients. I love this place!
I love La Qchara. Their lattes are amazing. The only thing is I wish the plantain empanadas were a staple on the menu. They are literally my favorite empanadas ever, and I only could get them from La Qchara. So I find myself visiting less because of it, and have been unable to find a fulfilling empanada to this day!
We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at La Qchara. I had the cachapas and my husband got the chilaquiles, and both were wonderful.
I have been here a few times and the food is good. My review today is about the tipping options at this establishment. We got 2 small coffees and a granola bar and the first tip option on the screen was 27%, the second was maybe 25% and the 3rd 24%...there wasn't even a 20% option so I put in my own custom tip. Many people don't pay attention to the tipping screen which is maybe they're hoping for? Sorry but I'm not giving any establishment almost a 30% tip for less than 5 minutes of work. Really delicious food and awesome coffee. Certainly worth a stop when your in town. The workers were really nice too.
