At LaPrima, our mission is to source, roast, and serve quality coffees. We believe in using only the best green beans from specially chosen growinging regions around the world. We use small-batch roasters to ensure the optimal quality found only in small roasts. We strive to be a valuable member of the local community through our employment practices and of the world community through our green coffee selection. Sustainability in all aspects of our business is what is most important to us.

Best espresso outside of Italy! – This is the real thing. If you are looking for dessert-like coffee drinks SB has you covered...but if you are a real coffee drinker OMG!...La Prima is the best. Even local restaurants will tell you La Prima is the better than what they can provide. It has a "mom & pop" feel and a very relaxed atmoshere. Their prices are amazing. The basics done like in Italy – Not your Seattle-clone-coffeehouse with overroasted beans and stuffed chairs. This is a dive right out of the Spanish Steps neighborhood where the language is broken English, the tables are standup and the newspaper of choice is La Stampa.
